BRENIN takes its name from the Welsh word for king. It is the group's e-commerce company, built on four principles: clarity, trust, care and reach. Its long-range ambition is to build the largest e-commerce distribution network in history.

Seleem Inc. was founded by Fady Seleem, an Egyptian-American entrepreneur who works as an Arabic and English medical and court interpreter. Standing between doctors and families taught him how much depends on a single sentence being understood, and that lesson runs through every company the group builds.
Before founding Seleem Inc., he spent two decades in digital media, content marketing and education technology, working with audiences and institutions across Egyptian, Arab and American cultures. He serves as Executive Chairman of the holding company and leads the founding of each company in its portfolio.
